Flash Permissions
Your Adobe Flash settings appear to be incorrectly configured for Versant for Web. Please follow the steps below to reset your Adobe Flash permissions for Versant for Web tests.
Navigate to the Settings page in Google Chrome
Scroll down and click on 'Show advanced settings...'
Scroll down and click the 'Content settings...' button under 'Privacy'
Scroll down to the 'Media' section. Ensure that the button next to 'Ask when a site requires access to your camera and microphone (recommended)' is checked. Click the 'Manage exceptions...' button.
Click the 'X' next to every 'ptpprod.pearsontestservices.com entry. Then click the 'Change' button next to 'Adobe Flash Player microphone and camera exceptions are different.'
You will be taken to the Adobe flash Player site. On the pictured screen, click on 'ptpprod.pearsontestservices.com' and click the 'Delete Website' button.
Return to the Versant for Web - System Check. Follow the instructions in the pictured screen to allow Adobe Flash to access your microphone.

You will not be able to take your test at this time.
